Such is life for all of us these days and it is indeed exhausting. My household has discussed when we should flee (if it, gods help us, it becomes necessary), and our 18 person Thanksgiving had more than a few moments of gloom as well as many people being worried about our friends' two 11 & 13 year old daughters growing up amidst what may come, while all of us hoped that living in Portland OR will be sufficient protection, while also worrying about people we know who live in other parts of the nation.

Now, I'm hoping against reason that either there has been a massive Struxnet-style hack of voting machines of multiple states (despite the fact that amidst preventing horrors, riots become likely and war with Russia possible) or that the Electoral college saves us.
